Alex Hay is a footballer who played as a forward in the Football League for Tranmere Rovers〔〔 and Rushden & Diamonds. After leaving Rushden in 2005 he moved to play non-league football for Bangor City, Rhyl and Cammell Laird.〔http://welsh-premier.com/player_detail_solo.php?player_id=711〕
